Oil pump and filter — removal (Honda VTX1800C)

Remove the engine from the frame (section 7).

Separate the crankcase (page 11-4).

Remove the bolts and oil pump/strainer as an assembly.



Remove the dowel pin/O-ring and relief valve.



Remove the dowel pins and O-ring.



Remove the oil pipe and O-ring.



Remove the bolt and oil strainer/packing from the oil pump.
