Apply liquid sealant to the mating surfaces of the cylinder head cover.
Install the new O-ring.
Install the dowel pins to the cylinder head.
Install the cylinder head cover.
Install and tighten the cylinder head cover 8 mm bolts and 6 mm bolts to the specified torque.
TORQUE:
- 8 mm bolts: 26 N·m (2.7 kgf·m, 20 lbf·ft)
- 6 mm bolts: 12 N·m (1.2 kgf·m, 9 lbf·ft)
Install the valve adjusting cover.
Install the PAIR check valve (page 5-76).
Install the engine from the frame (section 7).
