Spark plug gap — inspection (Kawasaki ZX600-J1)

Measure the gap [A] with a wire-type thickness gauge.

If the gaps are incorrect, carefully bend the side electrode [B] with a suitable tool to obtain the correct gaps.

Spark plug gap: 0.7-0.8 mm

Caution! Use only the recommended spark plugs (special marks NGK). These spark plugs have special marks [C] on the insulator, as shown. Other spark plugs will wear prematurely.
