Adjusting the steering lock (Ducati ST2)

Loosen the set screws (1) on both sides of the bottom yoke and apply medium-strength threadlocker to the threads.

For the next operation use a calibrated spacer (2) of 10.5±0.5 mm/0.413±0.019 in. ora gauge.



Turn the fork unit to the right until the fork stanchion touches the spacer (2) resting on the upper frame tube.

Turn the set screw (1) on the left side until it makes contact with the headstock tube.

Hold the set screw (1) in this position and tighten the lock nut (3).



Turn the fork unit to the left.

Adjust the right side set screw (1) and tighten the lock nut (3).
