Fork stanchion extension, rebound and preload are adjustable.

The forks have three external adjuster screws as follows:
  • A) Stanchion extension adjuster.
  • B) Spring preload adjuster.
  • C) Stanchion rebound adjuster.

To adjust extension, use a small screwdriver to turn the adjuster (A) on the top end of the fork stanchion.

To adjust rebound, insert a screwdriver through the end of the fork leg and turn the adjuster (C). Adjusters A and C have click settings for a series of damping positions. Maximum damping is obtained with the adjuster fully tightened to the "0" position.

Turning the adjuster anti-clockwise you will be able to hear the clicks corresponding to the other settings.

Standard adjuster settings are:
  • Rebound: 12 clicks.
  • Extension: 11 clicks.

The extension and rebound adjusters each have a total of 14 click settings; position 14 provides the minimum damping effect.

To change the preloading of the stanchion springs, use a 22 mm hex. spanner to turn the hexagonal ends (B) of the stanchions.

Spring pre-loading (1) can be set to between 25 and 10 mm/0.98 and 0.39 in.

The works setting is 16 mm.

Caution! The stanchion adjusters must be set to the same position.
