  • XL600V and XL650V models — 13 to 18 psi (0.9 to 1.25 Bar)
  • XRV750-L to N (1990 to 1992) models — 14 to 18 psi (0.95 to 1.25 Bar)
  • XRV750-P models onward (1993-on) — 16 to 21 psi (1.1 to 1.4 Bar)

Torque settings


  • Coolant temperature sender — 10 Nm
  • Cooling fan blade nut — 3 Nm
  • Cooling fan motor nuts — 5 Nm
  • Cooling fan switch — 18 Nm
  • Radiator mounting bolts — 10 Nm
