Lubrication



Forced lubrication by gear pump.

Mesh intake filter. Pressure regulator by-pass valve. Disposable filter cartridge on intake with clogged cartridge safety valve. Low oil pressure indicator on instrument panel.

1) Oil sump fume/breather pipe; 2) Oil filler cap; 3) Oil level indicator; 4) Lubrication gear…

Cooling system



Liquid cooled. Pressurised cooling circuit with radiator and mixing thermostat. Coolant is circulated by centrifugal pump driven by the camshaft. The circuit has an expansion tank to compensate for any coolant loss.

Pump flow rate: 35 lt/min. (9.24 US Gall/min.) at 6,000 rpm.
