- Loosen the lock nut 1.
- Turn in the adjuster 2 all the way into the clutch lever assembly.
- Remove the secondary gear case cover 3.
- Loosen the lock nut 4, and turn the cable adjuster 5 to obtain 10 - 15 mm (0.4 - 0.6 in) of free play А at the clutch lever end.
- Tighten the lock nut 4.
Clutch lever play А: 10 - 15 mm (0.4 - 0.6 in)
