- Install the brake pads and brake caliper. (9-64)
- Tighten brake hose union bolt to the specified torque.
- (Rear brake hose routing: 11-40)
- Brake hose union bolt: 23 Nm (2.3 kgf·m, 16.5 lb·ft)
Caution:
- The seal washers should be replaced with the new ones to prevent brake fluid leakage.
- Bleed air from the system after reassembling the caliper. (2-26)
Brake disk inspection (9-58)
- Rear disc thickness: Service Limit: 6.3 mm (0.25 in)
