Using the recommended grease, grease the pin thread and the underside of the nut (3).
Insert the complete rocker arm between the frame supports as shown in the figure.
Fit the spring washer (2) on the pin (1) with the concave face facing the pin.
Insert the pin in the frame and push it fully home.
Fit the nut (3) with the hexagonal part facing outwards.
Clamp the nut and tighten the screw to the specified torque.
Grease the thread and the underside of the screw heads (4 and 5) for the upper monoshock and tie rod fixing; insert the screws in the rocker arm.
Position the monoshock with the compensation reservoir hose on the upper side facing to the rear.
Insert the monoshock upper ball joint in the rear hole of the rocker arm.
Tighten the screw (4) to the specified torque.
Fit the bushes (6) on the tie rod ball joints.
Insert the upper end of the tie rod in the rocker arm and tighten the screw (5) to the torque specified.
Insert the lower end of the monoshock and the tie rod in the swinging arm.
Grease the contact surfaces of the threaded bush (7) and insert the bush in the support with the cylindrical part.
Grease the thread, the underside of the head and the contact surface of the lower fixing screw (8) and slide it into the swinging arm from the right-hand side.
Tighten the screw to the specified torque.
Fit the monoshock compensation reservoir to the bracket, and fix to the frame; apply medium-strength threadlocker to the screw threads (9) but do not tighten.
Align the compensation reservoir with the upper frame tube.
Position the front end of the reservoir at 21 mm/0.82 in. from the bracket.
Tighten the reservoir retaining screws to the torque specified.
