Prepare
1. Remove lower belt guard. See Belt guards.
Remove
1. See Figure 6-25. Remove charcoal canister and bracket.
- a. Detach hoses (1, 2) from charcoal canister.
- b. Remove nut (5) and washer.
- c. Remove screw (7) and bracket (4).
2. Separate charcoal canister from bracket.
- a. Remove screws (6).
- b. Remove charcoal canister (3).
Install

| Charcoal canister bracket to frame nut | 5.3-6.5 Nm | 47-57 in·lbs |
1. See Figure 6-25. Attach charcoal canister to bracket.
- a. Install charcoal canister (3) in bracket (4).
- b. Install screws (6). Tighten to 1.7-2.3 Nm (15-20 in·lbs).
2. Install charcoal canister and bracket.
- a. Install bracket (4) and screw (7).
- b. Install washer and nut (5). Tighten to 5.3-6.5 Nm (47-57 in·lbs).
- c. Attach hoses (1,2) to charcoal canister.
