Carburetor assembly and installation (E-33) (Suzuki DR-Z 250)

Assemble and install the carburetor in the reverse order of disassembly. Please note the following points:

Attention! Reinstall the removed parts in their places. Replace the seals with new ones.

Mounting clamps

Orient the clamps as shown in the picture.

After installing the carburetor, adjust the following items to specification:

• Throttle cable free play - section 2-12
• Idle speed - section 2-13
