Minimum tire tread height (Ducati Monster 696)

Measure the tread height (S), as shown in Figure 104 at the point of greatest wear.

The tread height must be no less than the height specified in the traffic regulations, but more than 2 mm.

Important. Regularly check the condition of the tires, especially the side surfaces, in order to detect damage in time: scratches, cuts. Blisters or large spots indicate internal damage to the tires. Replace damaged tires. Remove stuck stones and other foreign objects from the tread.
