This diagram is a guide to the sequence to be followed when dismantling motorcycle components. The diagram is designed to show the sequence to be followed for removing the engine from the frame; it also shows partial sequences for other components. Select the component you wish to remove and then follow the arrows to see which other parts you will have to disassemble.

*) Raise the tank only.
— Operations not necessary for complete engine removal.




Note. To reassemble the motorcycle components, follow the disassembly sequence in reverse order. Special instructions regarding reassembly are marked with a "A" triangle.
