Removing the front fairing (Ducati ST2)

Remove the side covers as described previously and then proceed as follows:
Unscrew the internal screws (D) and remove the rear view mirrors from the front fairing.
Unscrew the 6 fairing retaining screws (E) complete with their plastic spring washers (F).
At reassembly, tighten the front fairing retaining screws (E) first.
Ease the fairing away from the bike, pass your hand through the headlamp opening from the front and turn the lamp holder (G) anticlockwise to release it from the indicator body.
Remove the front fairing from the bike.
At reassembly, ensure that the round recess in the lamp holder is facing upwards and that the lampholder can be rotated clockwise to engage with the indicator body.
Unscrew the internal screws (D) and remove the rear view mirrors from the front fairing.

Unscrew the 6 fairing retaining screws (E) complete with their plastic spring washers (F).

At reassembly, tighten the front fairing retaining screws (E) first.
Ease the fairing away from the bike, pass your hand through the headlamp opening from the front and turn the lamp holder (G) anticlockwise to release it from the indicator body.

Remove the front fairing from the bike.
At reassembly, ensure that the round recess in the lamp holder is facing upwards and that the lampholder can be rotated clockwise to engage with the indicator body.
