Disassembly timing gear (Ducati ST2)

Pull out the steel bush and the washer.



Straighten the safety washer of the timing gear securing nut.



Clamp the timing gear shaft in position and stop it from turning by fitting the service tool 88700.5644 to the outer pulley (on the belt side). Unscrew the lock nut on the timing gear.



Pull out the timing gear and the key.
