1. Fuel level indicator
The fuel gauge indicates the amount of fuel in the fuel tank. As the fuel level decreases, the segments of the fuel gauge gradually go dark until the symbol «E» (Empty). When there is only one segment left around the symbol «E», refuel immediately.
Recommendation: The fuel level indicator is equipped with a self-diagnosis system. If the electrical circuit is faulty, the following cycle will be repeated until the problem is resolved: indicators «E» (Empty), «F» (Full) and the B symbol will flash eight times and then go off for three seconds. If this happens, have your Yamaha dealer check the electrical circuit.
