Tighten the two upper special screws (9) to the specified torque (Frame torque settings).
Check that the four bushes (6) are installed on the front tank cover (3) with the larger diameter side facing upwards (as shown in the photo).
Locate the front tank cover (3) on the fuel tank.
Refit the right-hand tank cover (1), inserting the tabs (A) in the corresponding slots (B) in the rear cover (5).
Insert the screws (11) complete with the nylon washers (10) and screws (11) in the RH tank cover (1) and LH tank cover (2).
Insert the screws (7) and (12) in the front tank cover (3).
Tighten the screws (12) and (7) to the specified torque (Frame torque settings), starting with the front screw.
Tighten the screws (4) and (11) to the specified torque (Frame torque settings).
