Removal
1. Disconnect the negative wire from the battery terminal (see "Battery - removal and installation, maintenance").
Warning! Use caution when working with fuel system components. Gasoline vapors are explosive.
2. Move the fuel valve flag to the OFF position.

3. Using a 10 mm wrench, unscrew the two fuel tank mounting bolts.

4. Lift the rear part of the tank and, having loosened the spring clamps, disconnect the tubes connecting the tank cavity to the atmosphere and the drainage from the fittings.

5. Having loosened the spring clamps, we disconnect the gasoline supply pipe and the vacuum pipe from the fuel valve.

6. If the motorcycle has a fuel level sensor, then disconnect the fuel level sensor wire connector (located under the fuel tank on the left).
7. Move the tank back along the frame, disengaging the lugs on the tank from the frame brackets.

8. Remove the tank.

Installation
We install the tank in the reverse order.
