Insert the inner ring (B) and the washer (A), centering it in the ring mentioned above.
Then fit the roller cage, the starter driven gear with free wheel and the flywheel.
If the free wheel has been removed from the flywheel during disassembly, turn the crankshaft in an anticlockwise direction to check that the flywheel also moves. When the crankshaft is turned in a clockwise direction, the flywheel should not move.
The flywheel must be positioned with its reference aligned with the key seat.
Fit the inner spacer (5).
Position the key and insert the generator rotor (4). The side with the fins must be facing outwards.
Degrease the crankshaft threading and apply retaining compound
Then fit the outer spacer (3), the cup spring (2) and the nut (1).
Secure the rotor with service tool 88713.0710 and tighten the retaining nut at the specified torque. Remove any surplus retaining compound.
