We put the motorcycle on the center stand and hang the front wheel.
Removing
1. Using a 12 mm wrench, loosen the four axle mounting bolts (two on the left and right fork legs) and turn them out 3-4 turns.
2. Using a 24 mm socket wrench, unscrew the axle nut.
3. While holding the wheel, insert a screwdriver or other suitable rod into the axle hole and remove the axle.
4. Having taken out the axle, we move the wheel forward and down, at the same time removing the spacer sleeve from the anther of the wheel hub.
Attention! Removing the front wheel will release the speedometer drive gear. It is important not to lose the plastic drive gear, which may fall out of the gearbox when the wheel is removed.
Installation
We install the wheel in the reverse order. Before installation, lubricate the wheel axle and the gear of the gearbox with a thin layer of grease. We tighten the axle fixing bolts to a torque of 21 Nm and the axle nut to a torque of 58 Nm.
