Removing the battery support (Ducati ST2)

Remove the cap (C) and unscrew the nut and spring washer for the starter motor-contactor cable.

Remove the starter motor cable and disconnect it from the battery support.

When refitting the starter motor cable, fill the cap (C) with protective grease for electrical contacts.



Unscrew the retaining screw (2) and remove the contactor support and fuse holder from the battery support.



Unscrew the 3 screws (3) with bushes, remove the battery support from its fixing on the frame and the horizontal cylinder stud bolt (4).
