Disassembly alternator (Ducati ST2)

Secure the generator rotor with service tool 88713.0710 and remove the nut (1).



Remove the following:
  • the Belleville washer (2);
  • the outer spacer (3);
  • the generator rotor (4);
  • the key;
  • the inner spacer (5).

Note. This operation may be difficult, especially if the engine is well run-in. Use a commercial puller or lever with two screwdrivers opposite each other. Do not damage the support surfaces.
