Prepare
1. Remove left side cover. See Side covers.
2. Drain coolant overflow tank. See Coolant of cooling system.
Remove
1. See Figure 7-11. Remove overflow tank.
- a. Detach vent hose (1).
- b. Detach overflow hose (4).
- c. Remove screws (2).
- d. Remove overflow tank (3).
Install

| Coolant overflow tank screws | 2.3-3.3 Nm | 21-29 in·lbs |
1. See Figure 7-11. Install overflow tank.
- a. Install overflow tank (3).
- b. Install screws (2). Tighten to 2.3-3.3 Nm (21-29 in·lbs).
- c. Attach overflow hose (4).
- d. Attach vent hose (1).
