Prepare
1. Remove left side cover. See Side covers.
2. Drain coolant system. Coolant of cooling system.
3. Lift rear of fuel tank. See Lift rear of fuel tank.

Notes:
- Crimp-type clamps are not reusable. Pry overlap of crimp type clamps to remove. If clamps must be cut, use a sharp high-quality wire cutter.
- Spring-type clamps are reusable.
1. See Figure 7-12. Remove hose.
- a. Remove clamps.
- b. Remove hose.
Inspect
1. Inspect hoses for wear or leakage. Replace as necessary.
2. Verify that all clamps are tight. Tighten or replace as necessary.
