Disassembly
Using a 17 mm wrench, unscrew both rear view mirrors to avoid damaging them when further removing the steering switch blocks.
Removing the clutch cable (see «Clutch cable - removal and installation, adjustment»).
1. Using a 10 mm wrench, unscrew the nut of the clutch lever axle.
2. Using a slotted screwdriver, unscrew the lever axis.
3. Remove the lever axis.
4. Remove the clutch drive lever.
5. Disconnect the two clutch lever sensor wires.
6. Using a 10 mm wrench, unscrew the two bolts securing the lever.
7. Remove the lever mounting bracket.
Attention! There is a mark with an arrow on the mounting bracket. When installing, the arrow should point upward.
8. Remove the clutch lever mount.
9. Disconnect all the terminal connectors of the steering switch block wires located in the headlight housing, for which we remove the wiring harnesses from the headlight housing (see «Headlight - removal and installation»).
10. Using a Phillips screwdriver, unscrew the two screws of the steering switch block.
11. We disconnect the halves of the body of the steering switch block and remove them from the steering wheel.
12. We remove the boss of the starting enricher cable from the groove of the handle.
13. Using a 12 mm wrench, unscrew the nut of the starting enrichment cable sheath.
14. We remove the starting enricher cable.
15. Remove the rubber handle of the steering wheel, moving it to the side.
16. Similarly, remove the lever of the starting enricher.
17. Removal of the right block of steering switches is carried out in the same way, with the exception of removing the throttle control handle - it is removed together with the body of the steering switch block.
Assembly
We assemble and install the steering switch blocks on the steering wheel in the reverse order.
