Switch that turns on the motor (Harley V-Rod VRSCA)

See Figure 5. Engine off/run switch (7) includes (ON) or turns off (OFF) ignition. The off/run switch is located among the controls to the right of the steering wheel. To turn off the ignition and engine, press the top of the off/run switch. To turn on the ignition, press the bottom of the off/run switch.

Notes:

• To be able to start and control the engine, the engine off/run switch must be in the RUN position.
• The engine off/run switch must also be used to turn off the engine.

1. To turn off the engine, press the top of the off/run switch and set it to the ignition off position (ignition OFF).

2. See Figure 4. Turn the ignition key to the OFF position to completely turn off the ignition.
