Removing
1. Using a Phillips screwdriver, unscrew the two screws securing the tank cover.

2. Remove the brake fluid reservoir cap.

3. Remove the membrane plate.

4. Remove the membrane.

5. Using a syringe or rubber bulb, remove the brake fluid from the reservoir.

6. Using a 12 mm spanner, unscrew the bolt securing the brake hose fittings.

7. Remove the bolt assembly with two fittings and three sealing washers.

8. Disconnect the terminals from the brake signal sensor.

9. Using an 8 mm spanner, unscrew the two bolts securing the brake cylinder to the steering wheel.

10. Remove the main brake cylinder together with its mounting bracket.

Installation
1. We assemble in the reverse order.
2. Install the cylinder-to-handlebar bracket with the UP label at the top and the arrow pointing up.

3. For the correct installation of the cylinder relative to the steering wheel, a reference point is applied to it, which during installation should be opposite the junction of the cylinder body and the bracket.

4. When assembling the brake hoses, we install new copper or aluminum sealing washers (in the photo are marked with arrows).

Attention! The sealing washers of the brake hose fittings must not be reused. New washers must be installed with each assembly.
5. Tighten the brake hose fitting bolt to 35 Nm.
6. After assembling and installing the brake cylinder in place, bleed the front brake circuit (see «Hydraulic brake drive - brake fluid replacement and pumping»).
