Attention! Any adjustments to the instrument panel should only be made with the motorcycle secured. Never operate the dashboard controls while driving.
The display mode the panel is in is indicated by special inscriptions:
1) SPEEDOMETER (mph, km/h) Shows speed on the road.
2) ODOMETER (THAT)
Shows the total mileage of the motorcycle.
3) MILEAGE ON RESERVE FUEL (TRIP FUEL)
Shows the motorcycle's progress since the low fuel level indicator came on (7, Fig.4).
4) TRIP KILOMETER (TRIP)
Shows the distance traveled since the last reset.
5) WATCH (AM/RM)
6) AIR TEMPERATURE INDICATOR (T.AIR)
7) CIRCLE (LAP)
Visible when lap time control is activated.
8) TACHOMETER (RPM)
9) ERROR (ERROR)
Important! The instrument panel includes diagnostic functions for the injection and ignition systems. The corresponding menus are intended for specially trained personnel only. If you accidentally end up in such a menu, turn the ignition key to position «BOTH» (Off) and take the motorcycle to an authorized Ducati service center for inspection.
10) OIL TEMPERATURE INDICATOR.
Important! Stop driving if the temperature reaches the maximum value, otherwise the engine may be damaged.
11) DDA ACTIVATED (Ducati Data Analyzer system).
Visible if the DDA system is activated.
9) ERROR (ERROR)
Important! The instrument panel includes diagnostic functions for the injection and ignition systems. The corresponding menus are intended for specially trained personnel only. If you accidentally end up in such a menu, turn the ignition key to position «BOTH» (Off) and submit the motorcycle to an authorized Ducati service center for inspection.
10) OIL TEMPERATURE INDICATOR.
Important! Stop driving if the temperature reaches the maximum value, otherwise the engine may be damaged.
11) DDA ACTIVATED (Ducati Data Analyzer system).
Visible if the DDA system is activated.
12) DTC ENABLED (Ducati Traction Control - control Ducati traction).
Indicates that the corresponding system is active (if it is installed).
13) SERVICE INDICATOR.
The indicator is displayed when it is time for the next maintenance. Reset by technical personnel at a Ducati service center after appropriate servicing.
