If you require an additional key, contact a Ducati Service Center with all existing keys and the Code Card.

The service center will program new keys and reprogram existing ones (non-reprogrammable keys will not work, and it will be impossible to start the engine with them).

You will also be asked to provide proof that you are the legal owner of the motorcycle.

Note. If you decide to sell your motorcycle, be sure to give all existing keys and Code Card to the new owner.
