To adjust the position of the gear shift pedal, unscrew the lock nuts (2) And (3), keeping the rod from rotating (1).
Note. Lock-nut (2) has a left-hand thread.
Rotate the rod (1) with an open-end wrench at the location of the chamfers to set the desired pedal position.
Tighten both linkage locknuts.
To adjust the brake pedal position, do the following. - Loosen the locknut (4).
- Turn the pedal travel bolt (5), until it reaches the desired position.
- Tighten the locknut (4).
Move the pedal with your hand to check the free play: it should be within 1.5-2 mm before the brake is applied. If this is not the case, adjust the hydraulic cylinder main pusher as follows.
- Release the locknut (6) on the pusher.
- screw the rod into the bracket (7) to increase free play, or unscrew to decrease.
- Tighten the locknut and check the pedal for free play again.
