Install the brackets, bolts and nuts as shown below.
Note.
- The motor nuts are self-locking and are not intended for subsequent installation. Use new nuts. Tighten the nuts to the specified torque.
- Apply a small amount of THREAD LOCK SUPER "1303" thread locker as shown below.

Install the carburetor clamps as shown below.

Install the oil lines and tighten their bolts to the specified torque.
Install the oil lines and tighten their bolts to the specified torque.
Oil pipe connection bolts: 20 Nm (2.0 kgf-m).
Attention! Use new gaskets to prevent leaks.
After installing the engine, route wires, cables and hoses as indicated in sections 7-9, 7-11, 7-12 And7-13).
Adjust the following items as required.
Clutch cable (section 2-13).
Throttle cables (section 2-12).
Idling (section 2-13).
Chain (section 2-13).
Pour 1600 ml of motor oil with a viscosity of SAE 10W/40, quality group SF or SG into the engine after its assembly and installation.
Start the engine and let it idle for 3 minutes.
Stop the engine and wait 3 minutes.
Place the motorcycle upright and check the oil level in the sight glass.
If the level is below the "F" mark, add oil to this mark.
Oil volume:
- Oil change only: 1100 ml
- Oil and filter change: 1200 ml
- Full replacement: 1600 ml
