Remove the side plastic on the left and right (section 5-3).
Remove the saddle (section 5-3).
Remove the gas tank (section 4-2).
Drain the engine oil (section 2-10).
Disconnect the oil lines (1) And (2).
Remove the oil cooler.
Attention! Do not damage the oil cooler cooling fins.
Remove the exhaust pipe by unscrewing the bolts (3) and connecting bolt (4).
Remove the gear shift lever (1).
Remove the cover (2) drive sprocket and spacer (3).
Remove the retaining ring (4).
Remove the drive sprocket (5).
Note. To make removing the drive sprocket easier, loosen the rear wheel axle nut and loosen the chain tension.
Remove the clutch drive lever by unscrewing the bolt (6) and disconnect the clutch cable (7).
Remove the spark plug cap.
Loosen the carburetor clamps and remove the carburetor.
Note. When removing the carburetor, slide the air filter housing back.
Disconnect «minus» the wire (1) from the starter terminal.
Disconnect the hose (2) crankcase ventilation.
Disconnect «positive» the wire (3) from the starter terminal.
Disconnect the block (4) generator wires.
Disconnect the switch connector (5).
Disconnect the springs (6).
Remove the rear brake master cylinder (7) and brake pedal (8).
Remove the footrest mounting bracket (9).
Place a reliable support under the engine crankcase.
Remove the bolts, nuts and brackets securing the engine to the frame.
Remove the engine from the frame on the right side.
Attention! Be careful. When removing the engine, be careful not to damage the frame or the engine itself.
