Warning! Contents under pressure. Never attempt to open this rear suspension unit. Never attempt to service this rear suspension unit. Never incinerate, puncture, or disassemble this rear suspension unit. Opening this rear suspension unit may result in severe injuries or even death.
The rear suspension units are sealed units and do not have any internally user serviceable parts.
Perform the following operations:
1. Clean all components and inspect for damage/wear to:
- rear suspension unit upper and lower mounting sleeve and bearing
- drag link plates, bearings, sleeves and seals
- drop link, its bearings, sleeves and seals.
2. Renew as necessary, see the following:
- Rear suspension unit upper mounting bush replacement
- Rear suspension unit lower mounting bearing replacement
- Drag link frame bearings - removal
- Drop link bearing replacement
