Remove the brake hose clamp and brake caliper.
Attention! Hang the brake caliper to the frame using a rope, being careful not to twist the brake hose.
Remove the fork after the fork mounting bolts in the crossbars have been loosened (top and bottom).
Note. Unscrew the cap slightly (1) to make further disassembly easier.
Remove the boot.
Attention! Replace the lower boot clamp with a new one.
Remove the cap and gently pull the pen down.
Using a special tool, unscrew the stem nut.

Remove the cover (1) together with the rebound regulator housing (2), rebound regulator (3), then remove the spring washer (4) and a spring (5).
Turn the fork over and push the rod in and out several times until all the oil has drained out.
Note. Keep the fork upside down for a few minutes to allow all the oil to drain out.
Remove the compression adjustment bolt.
Note.
- To make it easier to remove the bolt, hold the right blade housing in a vice by the fasteners of the axle cover; the left feather housing for the brake caliper fasteners.
- If the bolt does not come off, use an air impact wrench.
Remove the rod (1).
Remove the boot (2) and retaining ring (3).
Carefully remove the pen from the housing.
Remove the oil seal (1), washer (2), anti-friction pen housing liner (3), anti-friction pen insert (4).
Attention! Stuffing box (1), earbuds (3) And (4) During assembly, the forks must be replaced with new ones.
