Warning!
- Make sure the motorcycle is stabilised and adequately supported.
- A correctly supported motorcycle will help prevent it from falling.
- An unstable motorcycle may fall, causing injury to the operator or damage to the motorcycle.
1. Remove the rear wheel (see Rear wheel - removal).
2. Support the wheel on blocks as illustrated to avoid damage to the wheel centre.

Note: The fixings securing the rear brake disc to the wheel also secure the ABS pulser ring. Note the orientation of the brake disc and the ABS pulser ring for installation.
3. Remove and discard the four fixings and remove the brake disc. Collect the rear ABS pulser ring.
