Prepare
1. Remove drive belt cover. See Belt guards.
2. Loosen drive belt. See Drive belt.

1. See Figure 5-3. Remove output pulley.
- a. Install OUTPUT PULLEY TOOL (Part No. HD-51509) over output pulley (4).
- b. Remove nut (6).
- c. Remove cup washer (5).
- d. Remove output pulley.
2. Remove collar (2).
- a. Discard O-ring (1).
3. Discard seal (3).

Note: See Figure 5-4. Install V-groove side of seal toward transmission.
1. See Figure 5-3. Install new seal (3).
2. Install collar.
- a. Install new O-ring (1).
- b. Install collar (2).
3. Install output pulley.
- a. Install output pulley (4).
- b. Install cup washer (5).
- c. Install OUTPUT PULLEY TOOL (Part No. HD-51509) over output pulley.
- d. Install nut (6). Tighten to 68.0-84.0 Nm (51-62 ft·lbs).
