2) Press the gearshift pedal down with the toe of your left foot. First gear will engage.
3) Increase engine speed using the throttle control while gradually releasing the clutch lever. When you start moving, hold the clutch lever for a while in the same place where it happened «setting».
4) Release the clutch lever completely and continue accelerating.
5) To shift to a higher gear: close the throttle to reduce engine speed, depress the clutch, change gear by placing your left foot on the gear shift pedal, and release the clutch lever.
6) To downshift, do the following: depress the clutch, briefly increase the speed to improve transmission synchronization and release the clutch lever.
Use controls carefully and in a timely manner. When going uphill, downshift as soon as the motorcycle begins to slow down to avoid putting unnecessary strain on the motorcycle engine.
Important. Avoid sudden acceleration from low speeds, which can cause fuel misfire and transmission jerking. Using the clutch to increase the speed after the gear is engaged may not be sufficient and may also lead to overheating of the rubbing parts and their rapid wear.
