Strike the spokes and listen for differences in the pitch of the sound.

If spokes are loose, tighten them with spoke nipple wrench, BMW # 363800.
  • Vertical runout — max. 2 mm (0.08 in)
  • Lateral runout — max. 2 mm (0.08 in)
