BMW:

Checking wheel spoke tension, adjusting if necessary (BMW F650GS)

(Inspection II)

Strike the spokes and listen for differences in the pitch of the sound.

If spokes are loose, tighten them with spoke nipple wrench, BMW # 363800.

Vertical runout — max. 2 mm (0.08 in)
Lateral runout — max. 2 mm (0.08 in)
