Prepare



1. Remove main fuse. See Power disconnect.

2. Remove drive belt cover. See Drive belt.

Remove



1. See Figure 8-42. Disconnect VSS connector (2).

2. Remove VSS.
  • a. Remove screw (1).
  • b. Remove VSS (3).

Install



FASTENERTORQUE VALUE
VSS screw7.0-9.0 Nm62-79 in·lbs

1. See Figure 8-42. Install VSS.
  • a. Install VSS (3).
  • b. Install screw (1). Tighten to 7.0-9.0 Nm (62-79 in·lbs).

2. Connect VSS connector (2).

1. Install drive belt cover. See Drive belt.

2. Install main fuse. See Power disconnect.
