Prepare
1. Remove main fuse. See Power disconnect.
2. Remove headlamp fairing. See Headlamp fairing.
3. Detach handlebar from lower riser. See Removing and installing handlebar.
Remove
1. See Figure 8-16. Disconnect speedometer connectors.
2. See Figure 8-17. Remove speedometer.
- a. Remove screws (1).
- b. Remove discharge plate (3).
- c. Remove speedometer (2).
Install

| Speedometer screws | 10.8-13.2 Nm | 96-116 in·lbs |

- a. Install speedometer (2).
- b. Install discharge plate (3).
- c. Install screws (1). Tighten to 10.8-13.2 Nm (96-116 in·lbs).
