Prepare
1. Remove main fuse. See Power disconnect.
2. Remove air cleaner assembly. See Air cleaner assembly.
3. Lift rear of fuel tank. See Lift rear of fuel tank.
Remove
1. See Figure 6-14. Detach induction module from intake manifold.
- a. Remove screws (3).
- b. Move induction module (4) away from intake manifold (6).
- c. Discard O-ring (5).
2. Remove IAC.
- a. Remove screws (2).
- b. Remove IAC (1).
Install

| IAC screws | 2.0-4.0 Nm | 18-35 in·lbs |
| Induction module screws | 2 5-4.5 Nm | 23-39 in·lbs |
1. See Figure 6-14. Install IAC.
- a. Install IAC (1).
- b. Install screws (2). Tighten to 2.0-4.0 Nm (18-35 in·lbs).
2. Attach induction module to intake manifold.
- a. Install new O-ring (5).
- b. Attach induction module (4) to intake manifold (6).
- c. Install screws (3). Tighten to 2.5-4.5 Nm (23-39 in·lbs).

Complete
1. Secure rear of fuel tank. See Lift rear of fuel tank.
2. Install air cleaner assembly. See Air cleaner assembly.
3. Install main fuse. See Power disconnect.
